Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At RPB NQ, we value your time and ours. To keep things running smoothly for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy:

Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged in full.

No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
