Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At RPB NQ, we value your time and ours. To keep things running smoothly for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy:
Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged in full.
No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

RPB is the North West’s leading barber located at the heart of Manchester’s cultural hub, the Northern Quarter.
Established in 2015 by Ross Parlane, RPB first set up home on the infamous Tib Street, the cornerstone from which a 1970s industrial hangover on the fringe of the city became the thriving and ever-evolving creative hub it is today.
We’ve always stayed true to our roots. Independent, urban and slick in our aesthetic and vibe, our priority has always been to deliver precision and innovative hair design and male grooming, and a service as unique as each person who walks through our door. We get to know you, you get to know us. It’s what makes the difference, and what makes RPB more than just a barber.
And as our loyal customer base expanded, so did we. In 2017, we cemented our place as an established part of the Northern Quarter landscape by opening our second home on Newton Street – just a four-minute walk away from the original shop. This new location not only gave us the space to continue servicing existing and new customers but has enabled us to provide a platform for our local and professional communities, hosting a diverse calendar of events ranging from industry workshops, to music events giving centre stage to up-and-coming, independent artists. We’re proud of where we’ve come from, and excited about where we’re going to next.
